Frequently Asked Questions
Communication is key, we both have responsibilities to help ensure a successful and ICONIC final project. I ask all clients to respect each other's time by being timely with providing feedback, sending content, scheduling, etc. Major delays in client responses may result in our project being pushed back and delay fees.

Communication PolicyAll project status and communication will ONLY be delivered or recieved via EMAIL. We do not accept any changes via DM or chat. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@iconicminds.net. When you're in your zone, do you like people hovering? No. Please allow the appointed turnaround time to complete your proofs. If we feel we are going to exceed that turnaround time, you will be notified by a member of our team.

Hours of OperationWe are open 5 days a week. Turnaround time does not include our closed days. Turnaround TimeTurnaround time varies by project and volume. You will be provided with your turnaround information on the product description, invoice,or during your initial consultation. The timeline depends on communication, final project details and requests, add-ons, if holidays fall mid-project, sales etc. Revision turnarounds range from 24-48 hours.

InvoicesOnce you get an invoice you have 24 hours to pay that amount or it will disable. If reopen, it revert back to regular price and the specials and/or discounts will be void. No work will be done until payment has processed. Restore fees and late fees are applied in some cases. If an invoice is overdue after two attempts, we have the right to refuse further business and discontinue any work or further communication.

Payment + Monthly PlansPayments plans are available via Sezzle or Paypal through the site and you will abide by their terms & condition. For manual/special case payment plans deposit will be determined by project and sent via Square. If you have a payment plan, you have until 14 Days before the due date to let us know if you can not meet our payment arrangement, need an extension, split payment or cancellation. If you choose to not communicate, all work will cease on the current project until payment has been processed. A late fee charge varies by project size, will be placed at the end of the remaining balance. After 3 months of late payments, your account will be placed on probation and if a 4th payment is late within the same fiscal year, with no written submission of extension or suspension, we will close your account and cease all production.

Return/Refund PolicyIf your product is damaged upon receipt of the item we will replace it free of charge. All sales are FINAL once the product has been used or worn. If used in any way and is returned to Iconic Minds in its original packaging within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to the customer. Customer must email a copy of shipping receipt and tracking number to info@iconicminds.net for verification of item return. Once the item is received by Iconic Minds, a refund will be issued. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEMS. All REFUNDS and CANCELLED ORDERS (regardless of the amount) will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE restocking fee. Please be sure to INSPECT thoroughly before use to ensure your satisfaction. All graphic design services including branding, rebranding, marketing, or social media services are FINAL due to us taking the time to curate, brainstorm, and provide you with the aquired proofs. All SALES ARE FINAL!

Dropbox + Google Drive AccessAfter completion of the project, all files will be sent to the designated contact’s email (same email address as the one on your invoice). You will have continuous access to those files to download for 7 days. After 7 days the link will be disabled so it is your responsibility to get all of your files transitioned to your own cloud storage.

Abandoned ProjectsWe understand getting busy or wanting to partcipate in sales but any projects that go more than 3 days with no response to our communication will be archived. A restore fee will be due to resume projects. If you chose to wait the account will be accredited for the original price and discounts will be void. This process holds you accountable and keeps us from holding up spaces for purpose driven icons. We have the right to refuse service for any difficult circumstances.
